Yes! Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout
Do I need to be in shape to start CrossFit?
No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.
Is CrossFit safe?
Our members' safety is our number one concern. Our certified trainers will demostrate and work hands on with all our members to ensure that the proper technique is periorized. Lifting more, pushing harder does not always lead to better performance.
Do you have shower facilities?
Yes. Our facility offers dedicated and private seperate men and woman shower facilities.
Do you have child watch facilities?
Child watch is provided in our dedicated child watch area that is availble for our unlimited members during select classes. Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding this service.
How does CrossFit compare to "Boot Camp"?
CrossFit's focus is to assit individuals to get stronger, build muscle, burn fat, get more flexible, improve endurance, and work on agility and balance. "Boot Camp" style workouts focus on body weight excersizes that has great cardio benefits, will burn calories but with less focus on core muscle development.
